Small Levers operates Sku Rename. This page accepts no photos, product lists or store access. The fictional illustration is fixed text, not a file service.
Your availability request
If you ask for one availability email, we store your normalized email address, consent version and server time, expiry time, a random receipt identifier and a digest of your private removal code in Sku Rename's own database on Cloudflare D1. Your email is not verified. We use it only for that one availability email, not marketing or other products. No email is sent by this page.
Without optional visit counts, submitting the form creates a necessary, in-memory request identifier for abuse protection. Its database record is unqualified, has no source or usage tracking, and expires after 10 minutes. It is physically cleaned within the next hourly cleanup. It cannot become a visit-count record.
Optional visit counts
Counts stay off until you separately agree on this page. Before that choice we do not generate an analytics ID, access sessionStorage, classify your source or send measurement requests. Buyer attestation and email permission do not enable these counts. We use no cookies, localStorage, fingerprints or third-party analytics.
After consent, a random tab identifier may be kept in sessionStorage for up to 24 hours or until the tab closes. Reloading requires fresh consent; a stored ID is not permission. Only broad source and search-provider categories are retained, never the raw referrer, query, click identifiers or full landing URL. Storage-blocked visitors cannot earn qualified attribution.
Consented records are pseudonymous, not anonymous: the tab ID links visit, example, buyer-attestation and availability actions. An eligible waitlist entry may link to that session for retained signup counts. Tab/action lifetime is 24 hours; optional database records expire after 30 days; daily count buckets and finite operational health counts expire after 90 days. This is approximate, self-selected measurement, not verified people or all visits.
Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track keeps optional counts off. “Stop counting” or unchecking consent stops future counting on this page and clears this product's tab key. Already-sent requests may finish. Earlier records are not erased by Stop; they expire on the schedule above. A later page load starts off again. Stop does not remove an email request.
Retention and private removal
Email entries expire 90 days after first consent; retries never extend this. Expired entries are immediately unusable and physically deleted by hourly cleanup within one hour, with any retained signup credit. If collection is retired, active entries are deleted within seven days. If an availability notice is later authorized and sent, notified entries are deleted within seven days, never past their original expiry.
Save the private removal link shown after your request. Anyone holding it can delete that entry. The raw code is not stored in our database. Removal requires a deliberate action; opening the page alone does not delete. An earlier duplicate entry requires its original link. We cannot recover a link using an email address here; if lost, the entry expires automatically within 90 days.
Hosting and recovery copies
Cloudflare hosts and processes requests and necessarily handles network metadata such as IP addresses and URLs under its own service controls. Our application does not log request bodies, addresses, raw referrers, IPs, user agents, or private codes. Application request logging is disabled in this page's configuration; Cloudflare's own service controls still apply.
Cloudflare documents D1 Time Travel recoverability for seven days on Free and 30 days on Paid. Conservatively, deleted records may remain recoverable for up to 30 days. That is not a promise of physical backup erasure. We create no application email dumps. Any future database restore must discard recovered waitlist data and codes before collection reopens, so removed entries are not resurrected.
